Alfredo Blanco was charged with the murder of Arizona Realtor Sid Cranston, Jr. Now, Blanco's accomplice, William Glenn Sanders, 55, has pleaded guilty before Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert for his role in Cranston's death, which includes tampering with physical evidence and the concealment of a dead body, according to court documents

Ending an internal investigation first announced in November, a special committee has found that Re/Max founder Dave Liniger and executive Adam Contos broke the company's code of ethics by failing to disclose to the Re/Max board of directors a $2.4 million loan given by Liniger to Contos for the purchase of a residence

On Dec. 14, 2017, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) voted to undo protections surrounding net neutrality, or the free and open internet. The decision is likely to have serious ramifications for all American internet users and internet-based businesses (including real estate websites). While the internet as we know it hasn't transformed just yet, the commission said Thursday that some rules would take effect April 23. The FCC under Chairman Ajit Pai published an order in the Federal Register that set that timeline for the changing regulations

In addition to results for the fourth-quarter and full-year 2017, the earnings report included financial highlights for the third quarter, which have been delayed since November when the company announced it was conducting an internal investigation into Liniger and Contos, who at the time were serving as co-CEOs, for possible business and ethics violations. That investigation concluded yesterday, the company said during the earnings conference call Friday morning.
